San Diego Hospice delivers daily services to approximately 1,000 people in the San Diego community. Recently, Hospice experienced serious financial challenges because of shortfalls in California State funding. The Fund provided a loan and challenge grant to help bridge the funding shortfall. Hospice has successfully met the challenge resulting in significant improvement in their financial operating performance.
